The Man Who Fell from the Sky

Filmed over five years this documentary tells the stranger-than-fiction story of two men who hid in the landing gear of a plane from Johannesburg to London. One fell to his death in Richmond, but the other survived 11 hours and temperatures of -60 degrees. Our investigative team travelled the world to piece together who these men are, how and why they got onto the plane and what happened after that journey. Told through the words of those connected to this extraordinary story it is a film that challenges everything we know about borders and belonging.
