For our short documentary, My (Refugee) Life we created a bespoke training programme that gave five refugees paid placements.
They joined the production team to help make the documentary and were each allocated a POSTCARD mentor who worked with them 1-2-1 on specific training.
Trainees gave the placement a 97% satisfaction rate and four of them are continuing to work in the industry.
